MORE COLOUR PLEASE
Here at Knotty Inks, we believe in colour! and we love to experiment with different colours. Working with alcohol inks as a medium can be somewhat 'slippery' so it's difficult to manage which direction your ink is going to flow. As I (Sam) am a recovering perfectionist, I find inks quite therapeutic and challenge me to just 'go where the ink takes me.'
Bella has extended our ink offering into bookmarks which create little pieces of artwork in your favourite read of the day.
Last year I (Sam) was inspired by Teagan Watts, a great inks artist on how to create wonderful ink pots, some of which you'll see on this website for sale. Given I have quite a green thumb, they seem to be multiplying in our garden!
LET'S GET KNOTTY
Whilst our macrame offering is small like Bella, we purposefully keep it simple. There are a lot fabulous macrame creations on the market and Bella wanted to create something that was easy with minimal spend for her customers. She also wanted it to be beautiful in colour so you have options to choose your colour!
